房间很大，在深圳很难得，设施老旧衞生差，不能讲究，连两个牀头柜底下都是垃圾，不知道多久了难怪一股味道。

京明酒店位置好，附近有地铁??，对面就是莲花山公园，空气清新，适宜走路跑步爬山等休闲运动。酒店前台服务员态度特好，热情周到耐心，处处为顾客着想，酒店内有广东风味的餐食，方便就餐，楼下有理发室，酒店还免费寄存行李，总体来説很不错，下次一定还选择京明酒店。????

地理位置不错，在莲花山旁边，楼下有酒楼餐厅，对面有小超市餐饮等，过天桥对面是梅林，吃东西挺方便。
地铁:离4号莲花北站6-700米，5-6分钟可达
酒店环境:有些年份，设施稍微旧了点。
服务:服务挺好的，处理及时。我订的房间刚入住发现门锁坏了，酒店马上给我升级房间，非常棒????
总体来讲，性价比还可以，毕竟价格和地理位置挺有优势。

老牌酒店了，虽然设施都有些年代了，但房间整体不错的，酒店服务人员态度很好，帮我免费升级了房型，可以俯瞰到城市夜景，并且酒店楼下中餐厅还有挺多吃的，味道还不错，总体来説性价比还可以。
