1.位置在住宅小区里，不太适合商务人士，出行不方便，停车打车都比较麻烦；
2房间面积不大，好在是跃层，不至于看着太紧凑；
3卫生条件一般，二楼的卫生间一直有股说不出来的味道，一直没用；
4如果是家庭住的话性价比还可以，虽说有两个大床，但其中一个床在公共空间，所以一般朋友同住的话不太方便，家人的话就可以最多住4个人了。
