同样在同程定了四家酒店，就到了这家开始给我说查不到订单，后来主管来了协调半天说是我取消了，我什么操作也没做啊.折腾半个小时终于入住了，没有一次性拖鞋，门没有内插销。第一天晚上马桶下面开始漏水，报修也没人修，第二天满地水啊
