我们是自驾游的，去到楼下联系酒店，联系电话是经理的手机号，经理叫我打到前台，前台听电话后叫我直接上楼，我问了三次车停在哪里，前台都回复叫我直接上楼，我问车都可以直接开上去吗，后来前台再叫我自己去找停车场，停好车后上楼找到酒店前台，取房卡后自己在该小区内几栋住宅楼中去找房间，房间设施很一般，退房时又要走回到前台交钥匙，因为要取回押金，去到前台有位女性工作人员在，但她什么都不管，她说她只负责煮饭，其他事不知道不要找她，我只能再打电话给经理以及在前台等，真的很无语，整个入住及退房过程超麻烦，以后都不会再住了。

公司出差，房间很不错，挺干净的，离世界之窗很近，走十分钟就到了，晚上的夜景很不错，这价格也比较值。毕竟深圳这房价...

我们是下午3的点多到的公寓，到达后居然还没打扫卫生，后来打扫卫生后房间总体是干净了，但厨房不知道是不是忘记打扫了，地板是粘糊糊的，煤气灶上都是油，感觉好脏，洗手间的门有磨砂纸贴住但还是能清清楚楚看到里面，相当于门是透明的，其他方面就还可以，睡觉蛮安静的，距离地铁站很近。
