大廈有十多間不同公寓，容易混淆。地點好，交通地鐵方便。房內衞生設備一般。清潔情況不好，上手客人的浴室用品還在，無收拾好。洗澡、洗髪精是家庭裝的，放在面盆傍。為了客人有家的感覺？

位置地王大厦马路对面，房间很舒服，喜欢他的家具，干净卫生，还有洗衣机，能做简单的早餐，适合家庭旅游居住，经常去学习，如果价格再便宜点就好啦!可以考虑长住

前台的小妹很热情，勤力，帮忙。抵讚！地点很好，房间整洁。但房间隔音是零。没有超能耳我也听到隣房大叔整天说话。实在很烦。
