酒店地处南山金融中心 地理位置优越 酒店豪华高档温馨 入住环境安静整洁乾净 周边餐饮娱乐便捷 酒店服务方面可谓一流 这次参加南山马拉松赛 酒店还有安排5点中的早餐 惊喜的是有专车接送到比赛点附近。特别是前台的小张人美心善言甜 在客人粗心遗落身份证情况下 贴心安排及时跟进为客人邮寄 再次感谢衞生阿姨的细心和前台小张的贴心 来深圳南山 住美好若玺 ??

It's our second time to stay here. The price is definitely worth it if you are in the area as it's pretty close to Coastal City and MixC Shenzhen Bay. Love the cleanliness and the Japanese style toilets. The coffee shop downstairs also provides great coffee which is sent up to the room by the robot. We didn't include the breakfast this time but it's convenient to order delivery and again sent up by the robot. Thank you!

早餐很丰富味道很棒，用餐环境也很安静 房间的空调风很合适保证凉爽的同时又不会太冷，酒店一楼大堂就有一个甜品店和咖啡店，算是给客人提供了额外的可能选择，酒店的清洁阿姨很热情而且知道我快退房就把我的脏衣服很快处理好并且送到我房间来，酒店前台接待的时候有礼貌服务层面还是挺规范的

酒店前台小姐姐服务态度很好，非常有善细心，将订单内每一项客人的要求，逐一跟进及安排妥当。还免费将房间升级，房间非常宽敞整洁。卫生间，洗澡间、面盘是分开的，非常适合两位客人（尤其是女客人），设计方便省时。11楼景观开扬。酒店地点旺中带静，价格合理，性价比很高。酒店用机械人发送外卖，送到客房门口，非常方便。房内设备整全，拖鞋并不是纸拖鞋，风筒风力很好。亦提供免费充电线（但唯一缺失，是这条线充电速度太慢）。
总括而言，对这是入住体验，非常满意，下次有机会再来。

偏商务型的酒店，设施齐全，床品舒服，小K服务态度好，楼下有些小店，吃饭买奶茶都方便，离科苑地铁站走路7，8分钟，出行方便。
