非常差！房间并没有图片那么好，设施陈旧…最主要的是在酒店丢了一件衣服…晚上就打电话给前台，催了几次一直说在找，到第二天退房还说在找…最后就是找不到，让我报警处理……楼层主管态度特别特别差，一上来就是一副反正我找不到，我怎么知道你东西带没带来的态度…总之这酒店住不得，丢了东西反正他们找不到不负责，你自己看着办，要么你报警的处理方式…千万别贪便宜造成大损失

本人昨晚住了一次，掉了一块表，本人记的很清楚，早上起床洗了个头，把表放在洗漱台，洗完头后就出门退房开车离去，中午到达目的地后停车发现忘拿表了还放在洗漱台，打电话到酒店，客服说没有，问了服务员，客服说要不让我回去找，我的天，我都开车走了两小时，再说，即便赶回去，还能找到吗？还在洗漱台吗？虽然我自身没保管好自己的物品，但谁又能保证自己每次离店都不会忘东西呢？这家酒店不能说是黑店，但至少管理有问题，酒店部分员工存在问题！
