我们是北京游客，每次到深圳这个酒店是首选。不但交通方便，服务热情，2楼还有早茶。酒店性价比高，总之比较满意。

交通极方便，楼下约几十米就是地铁站；窗户隔音、空气调节使人舒适；房间床具高档，衞浴装修做工一流。
就餐也方便。二楼的酒楼，地道粤式早茶和粤菜，关键是收费还非常公道合理。
感觉是一个性价比极高的选择。

The location is very good. The hotel is located closed to 3 metro stations and surrounded by at least 2 department stores.
The room is decorated with the old wallpaper and the old fashion furniture that make the room looks not clean but it is acceptable if you consider its price and prime location.

A nice location, bedrooms are a bit outdated, great benefit is to have dim sum on the 2nd floor.

酒店位置位于大剧院地铁站附近，邻近有京基100商场和万象城，吃喝玩乐十分方便。行去东门都系大约10-15分钟路程左右。

酒店位置地方优越，交通四通八达，附近有很多食肆和大型商场，例如kk malls 和庆兴广场，酒店环境清优 ，尤其是一位姓孟的服务员，态度亲切！

这家酒店位置离大剧院地铁站很近，地铁出来马路就到。附近有吃有喝（万象城），有深圳书城，挺便利。就是这次刚入住的时候体验不好，房门半天都打不开，叫了前台来处理，全程少説也花了十几分钟，好在最后解决了。浴室的门（那个左右拉的门）也不能关上，希望检查一下，改善一下吧。

酒店前台先告知会安排7楼房间，其后又突然话无房只可安排6楼。我话算啦，都可以。但到比房卡，竟是5楼，问佢唔系话比6楼咩？佢又话6楼有房间装修紧，会好嘈，最后比左5楼。
去到讲酒店卫生，唔关酒店新旧问题，而系卫生差到一个点。
旧酒店都可以好乾净，但呢间酒店真系 ......
先系随处可见既头发。有污渍既拖鞋。
水煲有半煲水。洗手间有半卷厠纸就咁放系厠所盖上。
企缸地下有多处污渍。冲凉花洒keep住漏水，搵左师傅黎整，佢睇完一轮话太大工程，整唔到。叫我地用住先。但因系滴水声不是太嘈太影响，所以就算了。
房间灯光，一个字，暗。
另外，酒店近马路，朝早除左比车声嘈醒，仲比行过既路人讲野声嘈醒，非常应声，想训晏啲都唔得。
成间酒店除左超近地铁站无得输外，直得赞既就只系冲凉热水好够热。至于床褥枕头呢啲就见人见至啦。
总括黎讲，唔好贪平，下次宁愿比多一百几十住好啲，卫生啲。

Room cleaning needs improvement, floor should be vacuumed everyday not just before check-in and not attended afterward. Foul smell in toilet bowl. Front desk service is excellent and very attentive to the needs of customers.
