开了房来看球，所谓的网络电视，没有中央五台，客服来调了半个小时没调出来，然后要我自己调。然后我要求退房，人说你网上下单退不了，我说我的损失谁来负责，前台说，哎哟，吓死人了，看不了球就是损失呀！我说我就是为了看球来开房的，你这看不了，还耽误我看球，是不是损失，然后说我给经理反馈下，然后就没然后了。差差差评！！
