老牌酒店的底藴与新装修的舒适完美结合！大堂气派，房间设施现代且维护得很好。床品尤其舒适，床垫还是海马床垫，太舒服了。而且前台和客房服务都非常的热情周到，让人有宾至如归的感觉。

房间大但阴暗, 花酒不能固定 水只射向墙壁 怎么也不能转向身上, 水是暖 不太热.
早餐茶 水 咖啡是热 食物只是微暖 只有中式食物 面包也没有 非常失望 不会再去了??

每次去深圳都住这家！设施维护的很好，不管是床品 衞浴还是公区设备都像新的一样。洗衣烘乾服务解决了出行一大难题，高速网络和智能家居满足日常需求。前台记得老客习惯，服务贴心又不打扰。位置便利，设施齐全，服务周到，永远可以相信老牌星级酒店的专业性。

六/七年前住过一次，今次再住两日一夜
房间厕所摆放花洒水喉的架是坏的，只有固定一个高度。
因为有小孩，想额外问佢攞多两支水，职员提醒再拎水就要付费，我在深圳住个数间酒店，水，系任由自取或者按需要向职员取就可以，水都要收费未免太小家 ??

BREAKFAST IS GOOD. COUNTER SERVICES IS GOOD ONLY HAVE TO WAIT FOR SERVICES BECAUSE LAKE OF STAFFS. I LEFT MY CLOTHING BEHIND THE HOTEL AND THEY KEPT IT AND INFORM ME TO COLLECT. THANKS YOU VERY MUCH

The location of this hotel is good. and it's very close to the metro station and the Dongmen shopping district. Staff are nice and breakfast is at medium standard. Room size is extremely small. It is a 2 stars rating hotel actually.
