隔音效果极差，隔壁住了素质极低的房客，半夜两点在那边吵架，拖拉凳子桌子，淋雨的声音也可以很清晰听到……再也不会来住了

离五号线大学城站步行约10分钟，门口就有公交车，出行方便。酒店对面就是大学城，饭店较多，由于客户群只要是大学生的关系，价格实惠。酒店设施较新，但是可能是深圳天气比较潮的关系，底部墙面已破坏，另外就是洗澡下水不够顺畅，除了这两点，其他都挺不错，早餐丰富，服务人员都很热情。
