其一，客栈名字与平台预订的名字不一致，兜兜转转找了好几趟都找不到，没有提前知会！其二，房间空调会旮瘩旮瘩响，想要换房，说没有同样的房型，我说其他的小一点的普通双床房也行，不可以！其三，房间蚊子超多，蚊香不管用，咬了好几个大包！其四，住了两晚，没有主动打扫房间，洗涑用品不齐全，也没有及时更换！其五，天花板有霉斑，房间因为很多木材的家具，很大一股木材受潮的味道。但是要表扬一下老板娘，还是很热情的。
