第一次住～体验感满分 ！住在靠马路的那边也超级安静 一点杂音也听不到！！这点很重要！！第二次是住在靠里面那排房间 开始内心还有点小激动 结果晚上隔壁房间电视声音超级大 隔音呢？？！大声到电视里的每句台词都听的清楚！？给前台打了三次电话才派人上来敲隔壁门 才关掉！！前台态度很好！！

这家酒店整体不错，但对于第二天离店前台的做法我很是不理解。一次两次三次就算了，每次都是下午一点刚过没多久就开始电话催促，难道客人不知道两点之前退房吗？你怎么都得一点半以后打电话询问客人吧。希望酒店加强前台培训，不要因为这个影响客人心情。
