环境还是不错、前台的服务跟不上、晚上7:30过去还说房间没搞好卫生。第一次入住这样的维也纳希望能改进一下。100间房只有两个服务员。房间日用品没了、打扫房间时不仔细检查、夜晚回来只能打到前台。问他拿日用品。送来时间起码半个小时。
