1.订的房型和到店分配到的房型不一致（入住前前台也未説明原因，私自更换顾客房型）
2.房间沐浴露洗发露少得基本按压不出，设计鸡肋
3.夜间前台服务态度差，顾客遇到问题没有第一时间安抚顾客心情
4.酒店隔音差，半夜被吵得根本睡不着
5.唯一态度好的是客房服务阿姨
