房间安静乾净设备齐全，设计光亮，可是叫了两次外卖都没有帮忙拿上房间，要亲身到大堂取有点不方便，值得赞赏是可以享用DX地心公园游乐场入场半价的优惠，十分化算。
早上有甜点供应，夜晚亦有杯面供应做宵夜，check in时亦有小糖果，几窝心!

酒店设施不错，乾净卫生。
????最值得称赞是服务很周到，前台职员也十分体谅有礼。
位置很靠近南头古城，是个好去处。
还在酒店叫外卖，用机械人送，方便。

客服服务态度很好！还有自助早餐！有漫画阅读区！有小动物看！房间干净、设施很新！周边环境好！去玩的地方也很方便！儿子最喜欢有个糖果区！可以拿一包糖果！味道还可自选客服还贴心送上小点心！下次还会再来！

enjoyed our stay at 南山漫心酒店!
complimentary water was always topped up everyday. laundry+dryer is free to use 24/7 with detergent provided with the washer. gym looks adequately equipped with a treadmill, rower and some weights and machines.
MRT station was also very convenient- only a 5 minutes walk away.
food delivery was prompt, delivered by robots who will call the room number when it is outside the room.
very helpful front desk. they helped to sort our parcel deliveries. we managed to have a late check out at 12pm as well!
only gripe is a sewage? smell from the bathroom at random hours which dissipates on its own.
all in all, will still stay again if i visit shenzhen and want to stay around 南山 area!
