***凌晨两点多，关了灯准备睡觉，几分钟後床头等自动打开，然後闪动。关了没几分钟又自动开*****。连续三次！打电话去前台让打折换房间，前台説支支吾吾最後説只能给9折，我説那不用了，给我升级房间，前台説不行，後面又説要跟经理申请！凌晨两三点我穿好衣服等你给我换房间等半天还要申请？！我説那你给我换房吧，也不需要你打折了，vip都不止九折打发乞丐呢？大包小包收拾好又等半天，打了几次电话才用机器人荣房卡上来！一句道歉都没有！从来没给酒店差评！这是我见过服务最差的酒店！

The hotel is new and clean although not many facilities being provided by the hotel. The overall quality of the hotel is reasonable. The breakfast was included although not many choices is given but the taste of food is considered good with the price. Will consider to book again if next time I’m in the town.
