酒店地理位置很好，交通便利，周边饭店美食多。一楼就是瑞幸咖啡！我们是来看演唱会的，去大运中心仅两站地。大床房和标间都不错，果断续住一晚！

定的亲子房，去到洗手枱就漏水坏了，换了一件双人房，也没补差价，房间空调对着床吹！另外房间的插座真的是非常难插，基本都插不进！反正以後不会再考虑这酒店！3星都给多了。

来深圳是为了看五月天的人演唱会?? 酒店位置特别好找 而且离大运中心打车就3公里左右 坐地铁两三个站就到啦 办入住的时候我跟小姐姐説我们是来看演唱会的 所以只入住了一天 没想到送了五月天周边小扇子 酒店房间很乾净 很舒服 下次看演唱会的话 还会继续订这家??（一忙忘了拍照了 就用一张荧光棒吧）

看演唱会来住了一晚，看完已经挺晚了，十点十分左右点了份外卖，十一点二十左右显示送达酒店前台，问了前台会机器人送餐，结果等到零点多还没送到，打电话问了前台説外卖太多得等很久，建议我着急的话可以下去自己拿。但是後面太困了也太累了，就这麽睡着了。
结果第二天直到退房也没有任何人提醒我还有份外卖没拿或者没送来，挺无语的，本来想问问前台到底怎麽回事，但是日程比较紧还要赶飞机，没有这麽多功夫慢慢问了。
回来至今，酒店也没有跟我沟通过任何一句关於外卖的事。我也不知道这外卖是压根没送，还是送到了但我睡着了没能送成功。
我理解酒店外卖太多要送很久，也接受因为我自己的原因没收到外卖，导致没法再吃，但我不能接受这外卖就这麽悄无声息的没了，没有任何人通知我他的下落。
一份外卖也不贵，但是贵酒店这个服务是有点子无语，总之，很不满意。

Was my first stay, quick check-in and check-out, even gave us bottle water on both , room was very clean comfort bed had a good sleep, walking distance to many restaurants and kfc, definitely will book again if coming to Shenzhen again, only one problem as staff can not speak English.

This hotel is awesome. I've stayed here a few times. It's super convenient to the yuyuan Metro, there is a ton of local food, it's right next to f-town which is full of higher end food. There is free laundry on site which is a huge bonus! The rooms are modern and the Internet is fast. I will always stay here when I'm in shenzhen
