前台服务员 Leo 服务态度很好，酒店环境优雅舒适，房间里有矿泉水还有小冰箱存放饮品都是免费的，房间衞生打扫乾净，有健身房和自助洗衣房，交通方便快捷便利
（大堂真的傻眼，像低端民宿，室内还算可以。前台小哥态度很好。）

The hotel is right next to Merto station and near to the attractions. Staff Eva and Xiao Cai were friendly and good customers services.

Was quite surprise to find this local hotel with such good interior and amenities.
The hotel exterior is old and dated, but the room is new, modern, clean and with good room facilities, ie. TOTO bidet and 小度.
It is located right at the exit of metro station.
Lots of eatery along the roads facing the hotel.
The staffs are very helpful and efficient, especially Eva and Leo.
Will definitely stay here again.

离世界之窗很近，晚上看完烟花走回酒店就可以休息很方便，房间很乾净，迷你吧的饮料也不错，小度可以开关窗帘，机器人送小童拖鞋，小朋友住的很开心。国庆节人很多，早餐略微拥挤，其余都很好！

酒店位置不错，邻近世界之窗。对面街都是餐厅和食肆，十分方便。
两位前堂女职员态度都十分好，她们免费升级房间，入住和退房时都免费赠送了花茶和水。
房间设备也十分齐全，卫生亦良好。

不错，超预期，离世界之窗就不到1公里，走路过去都可以。酒店楼下对面有餐厅和早餐店，很方便。地铁口就在旁边，交通便利。酒店环境也很好，机器人送餐，语音智能声控，下次还会选择，很好的入住体验！

酒店对面是美食街，挺好的。附近有地铁站到深圳各个处都很方便，坐一站或走几步就到世界之窗，我还很幸运偶遇了一场无人机表演。就是停车位很紧张。前台小周 阿豪服务很好。外卖有机器人送上房间，很贴心。

真的很少吐槽酒店 这次真的是最近住那麽多酒店之中最差的体验了 酒店在国际市长中心 地理位置可以的 就在地铁口旁 去世界之窗和万象天地等大型商圈都能地铁直达 房间够大 除了这两点以外我真的找不到他有任何的优点！
1.第二天叫早餐外卖 外卖原来来到説酒店电梯坏了送不上去 让前台帮忙送 谁知道我的早餐白白在前台摆着 等了35分钟都没人给送上来我亲自下去 谁知道酒店其中一台电梯坏了 等了5趟都进不了电梯 我用酒店的後面楼道从5楼步行下前台 那个步行的後楼梯 肮脏的不行 现在想起来都有点想吐
2到了退房时间 发现2台电梯都运行不了 继续走楼梯 还拖着行李走楼梯 我服了 我下来一楼发现也没人跟进处理
3我退房後因为要去世界之窗 没开车走 到我们回来让前台进行车牌登记 説好的登记 谁知道出去显示我停了1天36小时15分钟让我交了53元的停车费 气**了 那个前台究竟是怎麽敷衍我的？？？？？？？因为後面跟着几台车 我也没那个时间下车和前台理论核实什麽情况
就凭这3点也够呛的了 什麽服务 下次认准这家酒店
不会再入住了 很差很差的入住体验！！！！
