都挺好的，游泳池挺大，小童乐园估计一楼的原因，有股霉味。
枕头太高，高的我一晚上没睡觉，
厕所和冲凉房不隔音，小孩子睡着觉，起来上厕所冲下声音很大，影响睡觉
酒店餐厅的回覆下这餐食价格多少，结算没注意看，回去之後价格对不上

酒店服务，食物，和设施一般般
也有好处，远离繁嚣，去到幽静嘅地方真系度假，
交通也方便可到小梅沙地铁站转搭的士约20元，约10分钟就到达酒店。
酒店旁边有条小村，大约行10分钟到就有便利店，晚上可以到这里食食晚饭，再向前行转左前面有公交车可反回口岸过关，或转地铁。

房间舒适，是很喜欢的山海景观，酒店外景看起来像城堡，空气好令人身心愉悦，餐厅提供的美食也很赞，前台小林态度很好下次定会再来

酒店设施很不错。尤其泳池的深度最深是1米6，玩起来非常high，大人孩子都非常喜欢。
小林帮忙升级了房间，带有一个超大的阳台。可以看到海和泳池，非常赞赞赞！
酒店离西溪涌沙滩也比较近，步行大概10分钟，酒店周围的环境也非常不错。下次还会选择????

这次住宿超赞，环境优美，酒店大堂高大尚，空中泳池水质清澈。入住mini别墅，有三层，3个房间，带独立洗手间，房间乾净衞生，超喜欢大床房外有阳台，还可以晒衣服。有一层是娱乐室，麻将机，蹦床，冰箱……，步行十几分锺可到溪涌海滨浴场，超适合家庭聚会，非常满意，下次还会订这间酒店。

We stayed in a room with a queen-sized bed. The view was good and the room was clean, although it's a bit small. Interestingly, the bathroom and shower were located at the opposite side of the room... It is quite inconvenient when you want to shower after going to the bathroom... and there's no hair conditioner provided, not even if you want to pay for it! However, the breakfast was great with a lot of good selections.

餐饮：第3次入住，前2次感觉不错（可能是早几年新装修的原因，客户也比较多），
这次早餐基本喝的豆浆、牛奶都没有，换成了冲剂果汁……菜品只有原来的3分1，之前现调的沙拉酱换成了单一的成品酱咸的入不了口，因收费不便宜，建议改善，谢谢
衞生：参考图2、3衞生间灰尘（一言难尽），游泳池没换水
第1次住大床房，很小，浴室没有放衣服的位置…没有桌子，办公建议选大房
最後，小区内部绿植环境不错，但是游乐园不能玩

带着行动不便的老爸老妈，还有家人入住。订了一间复式房，一间双人房，登记时才知道我们两间房间要在不同栋，因为酒店的设定是复式房在一栋，双人房（大床）在一栋，双人房（双床）在一栋，这样我们家庭出游就没可能住一起或者相邻的。我爸坐着轮椅，不同栋之间要穿过园林的楼梯级，他很难通过，跟前台说了很多次，他们都说不能安排我们住一起。
酒店的位置是很好的，依山而建，景观不错。但是如果酒店的定位是家庭旅客的话，安排就得切合家庭的需求。住复式房没有机械人送外卖到房，服务员也不会帮你拿上来，要自己到前台取，感觉这是在现代化的深圳是不可能的，建议开发无人机送餐。前台服务员的培训也没有到位，不懂顺应客人需要而作出调整，感觉很糟糕。

Amazing hotel with a beach not too far away and lots of amazing views. The room was very nice and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff at the hotel.
