衞生：衞生整洁乾净，房间也超大，
环境：楼下吃得有海底捞，椰子鸡。沃尔玛超市，吃住交通都方便，一楼就是牛石埔公交站，距离六约地铁站也很近。
服务：前台服务超赞??????基本让帮忙的事情都答应了，推荐大家入住

酒店真的是服务太差了，定了景观房，第一晚大半夜整个晚上都是水管滴水的声音，第二天换了房间，房间变小了，没有任何补偿！第三天，我是钻石会员，下午2点退房，回来12点30分，房卡刷不进去了，去三楼前台重新激活，跑上来还是刷不了，前台告知提前2小时失效，为什麽提前两小时失效？去激活了还是不能开门，让我跑来跑去还是不能刷，几个意思？

明明有房间却不给换，订的无窗的非要给个有窗户的，还带个玻璃门，一推就开，万一楼上有人跳下来可以直接走进我们房间，太可怕了。设计的奇奇怪怪，还拿块布遮住，可怕。协商换一间，态度很差，不肯换。我説加钱行不行，然後説加钱就可以，呵呵了。我订的无窗的，还要加钱才给住无窗的房间，给我气笑了。携程投诉後，立马换态度给换，也不説要加钱的事情了。原以为换了一间房就没事了，结果不知道是不是故意换的一间这样的房间，*****，做梦还梦见一个老婆婆，六点多就被**了，然後手机莫名其妙坏了，孩子发烧感冒，本来计划住两天，**直接退房走人。太**了…

服务很差 房卡办入住上去房间还在打扫?? 房间很湿 办入住1个小时 我就是订钟点房 房子又臭又湿不透气 休息了20分钟就走了 浪费我的人民币 工作人员态度差
