这个酒店我出差首先，打车很方便，对面也有购物广场，平时出行旅游也可以来这里，房间的话很大气，客房阿姨衞生做的超级乾净，前台小妹cara服务特别亲切，小迅服务也很好 酒店赠送下午茶，种类不是很丰富，但免费的还要什么自行车

酒店地理位置不错，交通便捷，周围环境很地道。
房间设施齐全，衞生乾净整洁，床铺舒适。
check in的时候酒店前台陈小姐服务热情，还特地帮忙升级了房型，感谢。
整体而言，确实是一家性价比很高的酒店，推荐。

这间酒店已经不是第一次入住，这次入住感受真的很不好，因为想看无人机又怕房间供应不足，差不多提前一个月预订房间，而且因为入住当日在异地赶回来，因塞车会晚到，已经提前跟酒店沟通了，是否已经安排好房间了，是跟订单上的房间确定有吗？酒店说已经安排好了，结果入住的时候才发现，房间不是我们订的房型，订的有洗衣机，这样方便我洗换洗衣物，不用跑来跑去，但房间里没有，而且房间也小了，价格也不一样，再问了前台才说排房间排错了！其他房间也满了，安排不了，如果这样我为什么提前预订呢？到最后给我两个选择一是送两份早餐，二是下次入住升级房间，下次入住.....所以我选了前者。
选择第二个原因，因为叫外卖可以有机器人送上来，这很方便有小孩的我们，晚上八九点的时候，我明白可能外卖比较多，机器人送不过来，我就自己下去拿，然后呢到了凌晨1点多叫外卖，外卖到半小时还是没送上来，那时候已经两点多了，就打去前台，前台说机器人在忙，前后不够一分钟下去大堂，机器人待机中...在忙？桌上只有两份外卖，其中一份是我的....
唯一景观好在是能看无人机的。

由于上次入住的不愉快，这次已经改善了，所以还是给个好评吧，一直都在这家酒店住的，每年至少要入住好几次的，每次不低于两晚，大致上还是可以的，因为地理位置的原因，选择这家酒店还是比较方便的！

it was me and my partner's first time in Shenzhen to celebrate our anniversary and we had an amazing time at the feria hotel
though location was a bit hard to find as it's hidden away at the end of a block, the surroundings was very peaceful and there were many accessible convenient stores! facilities were very clean and minimal and lastly, we enjoyed the breakfast as there was a lot of options available - will definitely be back!

有免费停车场，有两个充电桩。但停车场很小，那天去停满。但是停车场的服务人员很好，等充电桩闲下来了打电话给我们去停车。説是可以停对面京基百纳，会报停车费用。
那周边绝了，门口一大堆共享单车。和外卖小哥的车。周边大环境一般般，但是外卖方便，有机器人。
居然房间配有洗烘一体机。意想不到。房间空间可以。空调温度能够自主，这点很好。投屏ok。就是放浴巾的位置有头发。以及浴室有毛发。房间内没配好矿泉水，但很快就送过来。

酒店前台服务很好，开始定的普通大床房，酒店前台小姐姐免费给我升级了套房。还可以看到灯光表演。
早餐品种不多，但是熟食都很好吃。
床品非常舒服，（我是一个床不舒服会失眠的人）房间和客厅衞生也很乾净。唯一觉得需要进步的是，马桶偶尔会反味，还有浴室地板有发现一些异物。
