第二次入住
这次安排的房间在3楼，进去时有股味道
打电话下去前台，电话有点失灵了，按几次都没有反应
房间只有3盏灯，前台説是昏暗氛围？
房间有冰箱（上次住2楼没有冰箱），但原来冰箱只能看不能用，前台説只有保鲜作用，説「如果你要冰饮料就去1楼，冰完自己下去1楼拿吧」
空调一直显示27度，前台説「面板是不准的，你晚点再调吧。」
卷纸只有一半，上一手客人退房後没有放一卷新的作後备
吃完晚饭回房间，门咭失灵，领班大姐试了几次也开不了门，去前台换咭，换完咭还是一样，领班大姐用了几次领班咭及大力拉扯门也开不了，前台上来然後试了几次突然开到，然後前台小姐质疑是否没关好门，领班大姐听到説「有关，我拉了几次」，最後説如果出门回来还是开不到门，就叫他们来开??

I had booked room and requested for breakfast with boiled vegetables. Hotel agreed to provide and in the morning they didn't provide. No one is ready to answer and Ian very disappointed. I will not go here anytime in the future. I didn't get any breakfast.
