你们携程怎麽评分的，房间隔音差床单破破烂烂的，更夸张的是，早餐8点多去荷包蛋只给一个，煮个粉説没了，换成麪条配料瘦肉碗底几片説没了，等我煮好了又拿肉出来了，真的是垃圾中的战斗机。

前台话加$10就可以升级，但系因为支付方式有问题升级唔到整体房间算整洁，但系大堂真系好大浸烟味房间都大算系乾净?

?外表很残旧，完全不像四星级酒店，阳台的门锁不上，联络职员之後扰攘了一个小时才可以换房，效率超级慢！结果换了房的阳台门依然是锁不上??最後太累了，决定放弃。??

选的带阳台的房间。半夜冰箱发出拖拉机噪音，拔了电源就安静了。前台房卡钥匙配错了给其他客人，还好对方是女孩子，没有发生什麽大的问题????虚惊一场。前台表示抱歉，送了2份早餐

酒店服务人员的服务态度很好，这方面值得赞。
早餐时间是7时半至9时半，9时下去吃，食物已经空空如也了，问了餐厅服务员会不会补充，她说要早点来吃，不知道会不会补充，有补的就会端出来。迟於9时的建议直接点**早餐算了??
