前台服务人员小江很热情，办理入住也很麻利，帮忙升级了房型，很不错??大厅的休息桌特别大，椅子也舒服。
①就是 317 洗手间下水道堵的一塌糊涂，洗个澡感觉洗手间都水漫金山了。??水都堵到脚脖子。
②没有能晒衣服的地方（?_?）???
③早餐区阿姨，嗓门真的太大了，和同事讲话，又吼又叫，根本不考虑在吃饭的客人。??

酒店大堂设计很有特色，中式的装修风格，宽敞明亮，前台服务很好，服务效率快，服务员小吕态度服务很好，很专业，房间设施齐全舒适温馨，衞生乾净，空调制冷也可以，位置便捷，交通便利，非常不错。

This is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the "zhāo cháng quán" at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.

I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me.
The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work.
On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.

I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.

If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks.
So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!

I booked two rooms and one is ok. Another room got the musty smell. The air conditioner didn't work well and drop water after sometime. I checked in at night time.so didn't ask for a change.
One room has a fridge while another no.
Price is reasonable and located near to the theme park.
Will.consider other hotels next time.

Not far from oct loft. Which has a lot of restaurants nearby. Small room with no view. Nice terrace outside the lobby.
