房间挺新的也很智能 只不过这个隔音的效果需要进一步加强 尤其是早上装修和晚上走廊上客人交谈声 搞得一直醒 无法深睡

房间宽敞，乾净衞生，服务态度比较到位。
早餐虽然简单，但是能吃得饱。
大堂吧也很舒服，主要是周边很方便，直行一百米到达海关口岸。品牌的酒店，值得信赖！

入住两晚，第一天进入房间，感觉厕所有些异味，笫二天早上，厕所渠臭味超劲，无法忍受，第一次入住酒店要求换房，换了同层对面的房间，起初还好，到了第三天早上，依然有渠臭味，应该是酒店设计的问题，整间酒店设计差劣，中央空调，不能独立调计，非常局热，窗子只能开少隙缝，不能解决局热问题，淋浴地台不够高，企不同位置淋浴，只会溅湿厕所或房间，厕所门安装有问题，入住两间房间，每当开関厕所门都发出吵耳声音，房间隔音差，邻近开関门或说话都听到，第一间房间无景观，对住一幢破旧空置的建筑物，想开窗散热感到不舒服及安全。第二间面向大街，比较嘈。另外入住第二间房居然雪柜没有插电制，弄到食物变坏，服务这麽差劲，伍佰多元一晚，绝对值！强烈不建议入住！

酒店新装修，设施和设施都很赞，乾净衞生，沐浴热水充足水压够，无线充电不知道为什麽没能用上，不知道是不是手机壳太厚了。
服务必须大赞，致电问路时小姐姐有礼貌方向感强，晚上临时有几张文件需要打印也爽快免费帮忙印好了。
位置极佳，广深站出口上一层往香格里拉方向就能看到，第二天从酒店出发到罗湖口岸过关仅15分钟，商务出差必须再来！
