这次的服务态度不是很好，之前住很多次都觉得不错。我登记入住的时候说让送多两支水到房间，前台姐姐说好。然后登记好入住房间等了好久没见送到水打电话到前台才有人送到。去洗手间发现没纸巾，打去客服送，可是送纸的那位啊姨拿了一包开封过的给我，我说能不能换一包，她不耐烦的说就可以用了，没换就走人了。这次体验真的很差。我一般都是带着小孩子去住的，主要是因为离口岸近，以后我可能看看其他的选择了?

酒店前台服务非常贴心，工作人员热情周到，办理入住迅速，我因为双手受伤 主动帮我拿行李 给个大大的???? 很久没碰到这么有人情味的酒店了 。

A nice small hotel with an excellent location. The room is reasonably clean and tidy. With the rates it offers, I can't ask for more.
