环境：第一次来，刚进酒店门口就香香的第一印象特别好，进到房间後房间特别宽敞，会比如家的大很多，有两个桌台，特别方便吃外卖和化粧哈哈哈，最特别的是还有个小飘窗很不错
衞生：厕所和大厅环境都特别好，花洒也特别好，可以用头顶式的还有浴霸，还有一个可以冲脚的，值得点赞??
周边环境：离东门很近，出去一条街都是小吃，地理方位特别好，就是刚开始有点找不到酒店
总而言之可以推荐??

第一次来深圳东门玩 刚好选了这家酒店 一进来大堂风格感觉跟其他酒店不一样 前台小姐姐也很热情 服务很好 还免费给升级了房间 房间很大 还有飘窗 安静睡的很舒服 这里离东门也很近 地铁走5.6分钟就能到 推荐哦

兰兹酒店 是我们港客北上入住唯一选择 虽然没有顶级的设施 不过从订房的谘询到入住的服务 一站式的 很让房客方便、放心 附近的街 更是好逛 逛到脚快废的时候 住宿饭店就在咫尺 回到饭店 浴室空间够大 水温也够热 这冷凉的天气 真是一大享受??
前台服务人员 入住和夜班的职员忘记问怎麽称呼了 服务态度真是亲切和善 满脸笑容 让住客好是温馨??
退房时前台小周和另一位工作人员都是亲切 很推荐的一间酒店??
因为多次入住没有特别再拍照了 附上房内温馨灯光与入手小八再次表示非常满意的住房体验????谢谢兰兹酒店的亲切工作人员 你们非常棒 辛苦了??下次见????

The room was nice and spacious! The cleanliness level was good~ take note no mirror outside of the bathroom. The front desk Xiao Zhang was very helpful, she helped us check in early when we arrived around 1:00 pm. The surrounding area is nice with lots of food and close to the MRT

性价比很高，酒店设施非常人性化，细节设计很好，灯光设计柔和温馨，房间布局设计合理新颖，乾净衞生，洗手间乾湿分离，拖鞋也厚实，质量好。酒店五楼有洗衣房自带烘乾功能，离步行街很近，购物吃喝玩乐很方便，推荐入住!

Room is clean and very spacious. Washroom is also clean and Shower is functioning well. Don't be down hearted by the way to their hotel entrance, as you will need to bring your luggage in a short walk from the main road. Front desk service staffs are extremely helpful n friendly especially Xiao Lai.
