房间里有窗户，空气有流通，这就是我想要的，房间很干净，里面的东西摆放很整齐很整洁，环境很好，工作人员的服务态度非常满意，小姐姐很细心，服务很到位，枕头的高度刚刚好，睡得很舒服，很香，体验感非常得好

房间很宽敞，采光也好！ 感觉整洁，没啥不好的。宠物友好，当然我狗很乖。

环境：方便 楼下有麦当劳
服务：优秀 真的 早上5点让他们送水 他们也及时回覆 及时送上来 好佩服这种服务 特别棒

整体还是很干净，前台服务态度不错，晚上觉得外面吵，前台还给送了耳塞，出去游玩的时候，还给推荐线路，没中不足的是这个位置有点远，不过这个价格也是良性价格，没有任何欺骗，比较方便，附近就有商场也可以吃饭不错

非常棒的酒店，地理位置优越，出行方便，房间宽敞明亮～投影仪清晰，特别好！

工作人员态度很好总是带着微笑服务，有什么事情都会及时回应！真的很赞??
在这里住的很温馨，周边也有很多好吃的小吃什么的，酒店也有很多打卡点，装饰都很精致，以后有机会一定会再来这家酒店住的。

第一次来，感觉挺好的，风景不错，高楼层很喜欢，前台工作人员很有耐心很不错，房间给我还免费升级了，下次还过来住这里，价格在附近来说算是性价比很好的酒店了。去罗湖口岸很近，打车距离就10分钟车程，口岸过关香港也很快，没什么人排队，过关很通畅。去香港????玩的推荐入住。出行方便，美食附近东门很多吃的。楼下还有一家按摩的很舒服。

服务特别好，因为我们是中午十二点钟来的就帮我们提前入住了，然后我定的房间也被免费升级了，房间是在高层的里有个巨大的落地窗，遮光性也很好。可以看到外面的风景。这次去深圳逛了很多地方，酒店离我去的地方出行不是很远，不得夸夸我位置选的不错。重点床品很舒服，软硬适中，枕头高低合适。比我在家里睡的还香。还特意问了酒店的工作人员是什么牌子。告知我是酒店特定置的，外面买不到。退房的时候前台小姐姐还送了小礼物，特别满意。还有夸夸酒店的投影仪很清晰，晚上喝点小酒小烧烤，打开投影放着电影大片，真的爽歪歪。

The hotel started operation in 2024 mentioned in trip.com, but the property is quite old, and not in good maintained conditions. Not as we expected as shown in the pictures of hotel in trip.com.

第一次住公寓式酒店呢，很温馨，有自己住的小家的感觉，是为了度过周末时光定的，超级惊喜~床铺旁边的阳光非常好，晚上也很好看，浴室总的来说，反正一个人休息的话够用了，附近有是万象城商场，非常大，吃饭逛街可以玩很久，下次的周末时光会再来入住。.

Ms. Lai was so kind to send me the instructions on how to get to the hotel before I arrived. It's only about 2 min walk from subway. The room was big and cleaned. I love the big screen projector. I definitely thank the staff and will come back next time.
