还不错的一家公寓式酒店，10楼办理入住，房间内设施很齐全（投屏投影仪、冰箱、洗衣机、阳台等），酒店周边配套也很齐全（卓悦中心城、市场等），而且位于福田中心地段去周边都很方便，挺不错的，前台小姐姐也很热情，下次再来~~

位置好，对面就是卓悦中心，地铁B出口就在对面。
服务好，每日中午就有姐姐拍门清洁，还可以延迟2点Check Out.
设施就比较差，投射电视不清楚，每套电影都好像是夜晚，同时电视剧及电影都是旧片，讲国语比较多，广东话太小。
洗手间长期漏水，冲完凉出面一定很湿，水力就一般，相信不会再订这间公寓住。

Location is good but entrance is very hard to find. Almost no signage to point to it. Need to ask people around. Room is quite small.

房间环境优美，前台服务很好小姐姐有耐心，入住期间有问题都及时回覆很不错，酒店位置就在福田哟，出行很方便，设施很新，离地铁口很近，周边逛街购物的商圈特别近，很多美食。步行的距离。房间卫生干净整洁，洗了衣服也有阳台可以晾衣服。还有冰箱。设施齐全。爱了爱了！

Super love this service suite. Located right in the city center but not nearby to LaoJie walking street. surrounded with lots of shopping mall, and easily to get local food right to the next street. This is a brand new service suite come with washing machine, so convenient for traveler who bring less clothes. Just the main entrance is bit hard to find, but is okay to ask the security around. The reception counter located at lvl 10, Block B, so make sure you go to the right entrance and get up to lvl 10 for check in.

Its very clean, very new.
Other than new construction around the area.
There’s no comparison for its proximity to the convention centre.
Front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Mode of communication is predominantly in mandarin and via wechat.
For non mandarin speaking customers, it may pose a little challenge in navigating your way.

Visiting first time for china was very amazing this hotel was same as shown in photo the rooms & cleanliness.
Location i would rate it 10/10 because it is almost 100mtr only from gangxia subway station.
Hotel service and housekeeping was very amazing the reception guys are very helpful plus we had all amenities like cooking stove , centralised AC & 24hrs hot water facilities.
Would definitely visit this hotel again on my shenzen trip because it is only one metro station away from the worlds biggest electronics market

A newly constructed hotel they are divided into 3 phases. I guess the property is still under DLP so the entrances can hardly be discovered which is not the lobby pic as shown in the album. The Shenzhen Railway Gangxia exit C is closed due to major construction issue. 1st you needa spot for the right security booth on the G/F which is no signage for instruction. The check in is on the 1019 but the lifts are quite slow and unresponsive. The control panel is different than usual. The room insulation is fair especially the main door. Toilet flushing is poor. I booked this hotel is due to their provided info such as opened in 2024, location and the official photos.
