This is our first time staying over in Shenzhen bay. The location of the hotel is walkable from the Shenzhen Bay checkpoint. But if you have luggage or senior , it will be better to take a taxi. Quite cheap and fast. The hotel staff was friendly and kind. You can order a nice ice coffee near the reception. The pillows was nice and soft. Rooms are clean with free water and drinks. A night walk down the river next to the hotel is perfect way to end the day. Will come again.

酒店房设备齐全很乾净，电视很大也没有烟味，前台小姐姐和小哥哥非常友好和主动，升级了有床房间，附近就是几个大商场，吃玩好方便。

近深圳湾口岸嘅酒店， 步行不迷路需要大概15分钟。 睡床都几舒服， 房间禁烟/去除烟味可以再做好些少。 房间有一丝丝烟味，令小朋友睡觉时咳嗽。

这次出行选择秋果酒店，完全超出预期，一进大堂就被温馨的氛围打动，茶书吧静谧，一夜无梦到天亮，隔音效果也超赞，完全不受外界干扰。智能客控特别方便，语音就能控制窗帘、新风机，衞生间乾湿分离，还贴心配备了湿厕纸和智能马桶，细节拉满。
服务更是无可挑剔！前台小姐姐热情又专业，办理入住退房效率超高，还主动分享周边美食和游玩攻略。同行带了宝宝，不小心弄脏床单，客服第一时间送来新床品，延时退房政策也特别人性化，彻底解决了带娃出行的后顾之忧。早餐种类丰富，中西结合，食材新鲜可口，连免费供应的维生素加油站都很贴心。

'首先是那股气味，厕所的尿骚味，走廊一股沉闷的、混合着陈旧地毯霉味与刺鼻廉价空气清新剂的怪诞气息，试图掩盖什么，却只让问题更加凸显。我放下行李，蹭下一层难以言喻的细微粉尘。掀开被角，床单上几处淡黄色不明污渍赫然在目，边缘已微微发硬。枕头上，一根不属于我的、略显枯黄的短发，正无声地控诉着清洁的敷衍。然而新换上的床单依然皱巴巴，因为到店太晚，太疲累只能和和衣凑合，所谓“一客一换”的承诺，在此成了空洞的口号。
浴室是另一个重灾区。大理石枱面水渍斑斑，光线下可见无数细小的擦拭螺旋纹。淋浴间的玻璃门内侧，蒙着一层灰白色的水垢，尤其是底部边缘，已经结成浅黄色的垢痕。最令人作呕的是马桶——边缘内侧肉眼可见的尿渍黄圈，以及坐垫下方铰链处积累的黑色污垢，让我根本不敢直接使用。提供的毛巾，虽然摺叠整齐，但手感粗糙僵硬，散发着一股公共洗衣房那种过度漂白后的化学气味，且边缘有些许起球与抽丝。漱口杯底部有一圈未清洗乾净的水渍残留。深夜，起床去衞生间，一只小小的、深色的爬虫迅速从灯罩缝隙中窜出，消失在墙壁阴影里，那一刻，我最后的心理防线彻底崩塌。
如果衞生问题是赤裸裸的背叛，那么环境问题则是一场全方位的感官折磨。
服务之怠冷漠与敷衍，糟糕的硬件尚可归咎于管理，而服务的软性溃败则彻底浇灭了任何补救的希望。前台人员办理入住时机械麻木，宛如机器，不知道是这个点这样还是一个品牌就这样，反正不会再住了。
