    1、酒店很破，门上都是修补痕迹，室内地毯不平，房间靠马路，窗户不隔音 2、这个酒店要刷卡上楼，也有机器人送餐，但是我弄不明白大半夜外卖直接上楼大声喊门，没法睡 3、最糟糕的是服务，本人全家开车入住，在酒店门口停半天没人指引，然后问了前台，怎么去停车场，按前台的指引去停车，结果车停在停车场门口，前台不开门，我问前台停车场的时候就已经表明我是住这里，我老婆看不开门，就去问，前台还解释説以为我们是蹭停车场的 4、这个酒店前台对业务压根不熟悉，酒店明明有小童拖鞋，小童牙刷就是不提供，我拿我的订单给他看，上面标明了2个大人，1个小孩，定的是家庭房，非要跟我説他们酒店就这样，后面吵起来才説机器人送上楼，送上楼的时候还説酒店的小童洗漱用品今天刚到，你这不是自我矛盾吗，前面都説酒店一直都没有配备过，现在怎么又説刚到货，自相矛盾 5、我订单是含2份早餐，但是给房卡的时候不提供，直到后面我打电话才提供，我就想问下你们赚的是黑心钱吗？前台説你们是加盟店，我就想问上海锦江作为国企，连对加盟店的基本培训都没有吗？这就是作为国企的担当吗？早餐你们的店员（男性年轻男子，长发，今早穿白色深蓝相间的外套）不穿工作制服就在里面吃早餐，而且是用手直接在盛菜的餐盘里麪用手直接抓，基本的衞生都不注意，这是怎么管的，如果认为我説的假的，你们可以调閲监控

    这次入住非常满意，完全达到了我对快捷酒店的期待，甚至有些方面超出了预期！ 位置便利： 酒店离地铁站/公交站很近，周边吃饭、买东西都很方便，对于出行来説非常加分。 乾净整洁： 房间虽然不大，但打扫得十分乾净，床品、毛巾都很清爽，没有异味，住着很安心。 服务高效： 前台工作人员办理入住很快，态度也很热情，有问必答。 设施实用： 热水充足，空调制冷/制热效果好，免费Wi-Fi速度很快，这些基本需求都保障得很好。 作为一家快捷酒店，能以这样的价格提供稳定、乾净的住宿体验，实在没什么可挑剔的。下次来这边还会优先选择这里！

    酒店提供的接送机，非常方便。 早餐品类也比较丰富，有当地特色。 送机好像是整点发车，直达机场，注意坐车时间。
