因为孩子要到酒店附近上圣诞活动营，所以大部份同学和家长都住这间酒店。经理和前台的服务员态度友善，尽力帮忙。房间空间大，但是有少少气味。酒店打车过去万象天地大约7至8分钟。

今个圣诞假期（3日2夜）到深圳南山区吃喝玩乐，选择入住”维也纳国际酒店”，入住体验很好：
1. 房间：整洁舒适、大落地玻璃窗、房间非常光猛！
2. 厕所：乾、湿分离，浴室宽敞
3. 大堂：华丽舒适，有很多座位给客人坐（等待check-in 及等滴滴）。
4. 保安：不让外卖小哥直上酒房间、透过机械人送餐及乘坐电梯房卡设保安权限。
5. 地点：虽然不靠近地铁站，但打车都非常方便，因今次行程主要前往”深圳野生动物园” 位于西丽湖及”深圳华发冰雪世界。
6. 早餐：食物都很多选择，满意！
大堂职员亲切及有礼貌、其中一位杨小姐安排给我们一间舒适房间并送上水果！

Great concierge and room. Design feels like 5 star hotel. Breakfast was very good. It’s located in a great area with lots of attractions nearby but only downside is that the nearest metro station is quite far away.
