酒店房间舒适、干净企理、空调充足，窗外风景开扬，阳光入到房间很光亮，房间空间足够，有一个小沙发可以品茶，酒店地理位置很方便，出酒店右手边一直走8分钟直到壹方天地A区。

New hotel nicely located nearby shopping mall 10 mins walking distance and residential area. Coffee shop and family mart just downstairs.
We made request while we made reservation online with non smoking room ONLY as we are highly allergic to dust and smoke.
However, we were disappointed with our 1 st room , staff did nothing with checking before our check in. We smelled strong left over smoke in our room.. room door was left opened. Staff rearranged a new room on the same floor , this time room was clear but the customer next door left the door room open while smoking in their room. We could hardly breathe. Basically the whole floor can smell the smoke . We should hardly breath as we has asthma toward smoke and smoke particles . ???? Horrible experience. Finally staff arranged with another room at higher level. We were disappointed as it was unnecessary to rearranged the room twice . Hotel staff should check in person before customer check in . With room rearrangement DO NOT use robot to delivery the new key. Staff should handle the whole situation IN PERSON. To handle customer complaints with human not ROBOT. ??
Such a shame with new renovated hotel but bad customer service.

第一次尝试住全季的酒店，不错！CP 值高。
房间尺寸适中，颜色同空间感唔错。冲凉??花洒水力够，热水好，厕所??冲厕系统亦好强。入房后就发现窗系开住嘅，窗边就有一摊水，亦闻到漂白嘅味道。雪柜有多支水提供。一个。TV 睇到香港台（只有TVB）
唯一有一个问题系，要求非吸烟房，但张被系充满着烟味，搞到瞓瞓吓都顶唔顺！好彩带咗有味嘅消毒喷雾，不停喷咗张床同被铺先ok.
冷气一直唔凉，打去前台，即刻已经有员工入嚟帮手。之后就已经好搞凉！

入住体验超赞，大厅宽敞明亮、前台服务迅速周到！还送了水果。早餐也还不错。就是一楼公区衞生物业要去跟进到位。
