位置超好，酒店房间新净，设施服务都不错。美中不足是我的房间有比较大的沟渠味，洗手台镜前灯很暗，洗手台也没什么挂勾。另外床褥太软，睡得腰疼，被子也很薄。有的设施挺赞，比如洗手间有晾衫绳，一次性较为耐用的饮水杯。各种充电插头。

最大的优点：离深圳北站很近，特别近，就在出站口外面几百米，非常方便
环境:内部设施还算ok，晚上也不是特别吵，但是我分得房间在洗衣服附近，一张卡可以听到洗衣机转动的声音，只住一个晚上就算了
衞生:怎么説呢，被单枕套仔细看是有一层灰的，到酒店太晚了就这么住了，自己带了一次性的枕套床单
整体还行吧，离车站近是很大的优势

1. Located outside Shenzhen North Railway station.
2. Easy to access to Metro line 4 & 5
3. A foodcourt and fastfood stall located below the hotel
4. Room were spacious and clean, room amenities supplied as per advertised
5. Staff were friendly as well
6. 4 washers and 4 dryers on-site for guest to use. Hotel staff also provided the service to help the hotel guest to dry and collect their clothes
7. Didn't have chance to have their supper and breakfast and hence unable to comment much.
Overall it meet my expectations.

We reached hotel at 12am midnight and there is no lift/escalator to hotel (off at midnight) we have to climb up to the hotel. Overall good and clean hotel. Breakfast also quite good.

The location is just within the Shenzhen North station with connection to 3 LRT Metro lines and High speed train station. You can reach Airport with one line change from hotel only cost RMB 8.
The hotel is new and opened for business in March/ April 2025
. However the breakfast provided is rather basic . Check in/ out is fast. Will stay again.

因为要赶最早一趟高铁入住这个酒店，住了一晚忍不住吐槽，房间很小，隔音很差，一直听到过道的开关门声，关上灯睡觉，烟雾报警器在床的上方，一直闪，体验太差太差了！（我是很容易入睡的那类人，都没睡好！！！！！）
满分的服务，感谢工作人员！

因为要坐很早的高铁，订了这间酒店，?酒店位置就在深圳北站旁边，交通很便利，方便需要搭高铁的旅客。周边还有很多食店，地理位置优越。?酒店前台服务很好，还很贴心的带我们到房间，服务非常赞。房间整洁舒适，洗手间乾湿分离，床褥及枕头?很舒服，睡得很好。有机会下次会再住????

The bed was very comfortable, managed to sleep all the way till morning without waking up, service staff were very polite, even offered to lead us to nearest DiDi pickup point after checking out. Love that there is self laundry room. Hotel is very near to the high speed rail, metro stations, mall.

It’s literally next to the railway station, so extremely convenient for catching up train in early morning or arriving late night. The staff member is very friendly. They helped me with the luggage all the way to the railway station. It’s very new and still has a little bit of residual smell from the renovation.

Very easy to get to and from the hotel from Shenzhenbei train station. Highly recommended if you need a night’s rest before or after a train trip.
The hotel is very new, so still sparkling clean, though please note that most of the rooms are windowless (it looks like there are windows, but they are not!). Great free supper option in the evening!
Only suggestion is for the hotel to build shelter from the walkway to the hotel - seems a shame that there is a small section that is exposed to the elements.
