服务态度很好，酒店的急用药箱居然只有创可贴，楼层高有点矮，感觉很压抑，洗手间完全透明，柜子里面还有上批客人残留的脏纸巾，体验很差，24层还一大早就被外面吵醒，窗户隔音效果差，传说中的阳台呢，就是放着室外空调机的，家庭房只有两个水杯，确定有42平米的房间吗？

酒店在深圳湾软件园区，靠近腾讯滨海大厦和各大互联网公司写字楼。房间面积不大但很新很安静，淋雨间的水很舒服；之前看到网评说房间里有味道，本人体验还好，几乎忽略不计。不足之处一是不带早餐（可以周围小店觅食）；二是洗漱台的水要放一会儿才能用，一开始很浑浊。总体而言是海岸城周边性价比很高的酒店，步行到海岸城大约十分钟。
