朋友对酒店不满意，主要有如下几点：
1.入住时大堂非常吵
2.空调开不了
3.早上时候提供自助早餐，她有急事，没有时间在餐厅吃，和服务员协商不在这里吃了，拿两个包子走，服务员就是不给…一直强调自助的只能在餐厅里面吃…殊不知规定是死的！她说遍历这么多酒店，从来没有遇到过这样的…
4.如果贵酒店一味遵守规定，就不应该让外人在大堂大吵大闹，也应该保证客房内设施能够正常使用！客人对酒店报以理解，酒店也应该学会以客人优先！
