携程定了，已经预付款，到了酒店说找不到，多次沟通还说没有订单，让我自己联系携程，跟酒店沟通并当场打开手机订单看，他们还是说查不到，让客人自己联系，因在外一时没有携程电话，请酒店沟通不肯，最后客人生气了才查有此订单，并说是艺龙定的，明明在携程定的，非常奇怪？携程预付很贵，现场定更优惠，差评！
