15号入住此酒店，今天18号，四天了申请换一次床单被罩，早上亲自到前台讲，对方也收到。回来看到被罩是换掉了，可是床单还是原来的。。。打电话到前台，说给解决。等了十分钟又打过去，对方说都忙，得等。我说我早上就说了，现在不给换，另外，为什么只换被罩不换床单？对方说也许服务员没听清，对于这样的解释，我觉得无语。十分钟后服务员来更换。整体我觉得不满意。
