咋天入住时洗手间地面全是积水，入住时前台小妹在旁若无人的接电话，看见顾客吋未能按照酒店管理标准对顾客向微笑点头示意稍等，然后加速对电话的接听，接听完电话后应向顾客道谦，对不起让你久等了，看见顾客时要主动问好，总之管理不完善，员工素质较差，经常都没充电器

非常差，绝对不会再入住第二次，三百多的房费 ，房间连一支免费矿泉水都没有，淋浴头是坏的，洗脸池水龙头一打开，滴下来一串黄色锈水，没错，就是滴……
