很近地鐵站，服務和設施都很好。在衛生方面需要改善，毛巾有點髒，上面有女生用的粉底，浴袍袖子上更有紫色的痕跡...不知道是什麼。

首先前台服务员态度就不是很好，好像很拽很看不起人的样子，特地询问了有没有吸烟楼层，服务员很拽的告诉我全都是无烟楼层，无烟楼层为什么房间会放烟灰缸呢？打电话询问前台有没有火柴，结果更拽了：没有，火柴火机都没有，所有n带火的都没有！有必要那么拽吗？能好好说话吗？房间卫生不想说了，想拿杯子喝杯水，结果杯子里全是污渍还有很多类似用毛巾擦拭杯子内留下的细毛，请问这样谁还敢喝？总之不会再住第二次了。

酒店环境地理位置都不错，离福田口岸很近很方便，但早上烟雾报警让人恐慌惊吓，等匆忙出来其他房间客人讲是有人在房内吸烟引起的，当时酒店没有作出任何解释和安抚，让人心情很不爽！退房时问起前台才说是客人吸烟引起的烟雾报警。
