第一天酒店特别难找，酒店服务人员服务态度特别差，说了好几次希望到楼下来接一下不愿意，我以为酒店很忙没有人手，结果上去两个男人，0755的工作电话死活不接，打了私人号码也是无休止的占线，找了40分钟才找到，我已经铁了心服务给0分的，但是最后一天估计换了服务人员还不错态度很好，本来已经到退房时间，没来得及回来也好好和我们协商了，最终免费了40分钟，最后一次的态度反而好了。接下来说说酒店，酒店是公寓式的，就是小区房其实，很适合上有老下有小的家庭式出游，性价比蛮高的，还有个小客厅，就是厕所特别小，厨房是锁好的，估计和三亚一样要用需另收费，公寓离地铁口特别近，4号线直达深圳北，对面就是商场，商场里有个永辉超市，周围吃饭也很方便，总之也是很不错的，不过，建议入住前让服务人员给张门禁卡，因为是小区式酒店楼下大堂需要刷卡进入。最后一天的服务人员给满分。酒店里很干净，不过11层是前台，而房间分隔在不同层。

一开始门口有点难找，定位不准确，找到之后发现房间条件不错，性比价较好。但不太合适旅游的人去住，因为房间里的厨房和阳台根本用不上，占了房间很大空间，厕所很小很不满意
