The hotel is new and clean. The room we booked include a big living room area, which is great. The only downside is it is not too close to the metro station but it is still walkable. The receptionist 小敏 is really lovely and helpful to us

All staff were friendly and attentive.
We entered to a room with strong cigarette smell, the lady immediately brought me to other room, confirmed we were alright with it, and changed it within minutes.
They somehow able to recognize us, and arranged for the cleaner to come at night to replace some towels, drinks, throw rubbish (even though we had put no cleaning/no disturb). Greatly appreciated.
Queen bed and sofa bed used during our stay. Left only one office chair for usage. The hotel provided us with 2 stackable plastic chairs upon request.
Hangers were not sufficient. We brought our own.
The staff always take initiative to act. Knowing we have 3 pax, they provide towels, drinks based on 3 pax.
The room comes with towels, toothbrush, tooth paste, comb, shampoo, conditioner, body foam, etc
Room was cosy during our stay (outside weather was around 9 to 19 degree celsius for early Jan 2026).
Our reservations come with daily breakfast. Good spread, decent breakfast. From 7 to 10am.
A mini-mart is just below the hotel, restaurants are located at the building next to hotel.
Other eateries and shops are within walking distance along the road (about 10mins)
Our requirement for hotel are clean and comfortable this time, didnt factor in the distance to Metro/MTR/MRT since we intend to take taxi/didi/grab only. Not able to advise the distance from hotel to metro.
If you love supper, you may want to order-in. The hotel front counter will arrange the cute robot to deliver to your room. Try it!

酒店衞生乾净整洁，房间宽敞舒适，服务很好很到位，优质高效，位置超赞！步行几分钟就能到地铁站，出行觅食都超方便，闹中取静不吵闹，住得很舒心！

这次出差住深圳南山科技园希尔顿欢朋，体验感直接拉满！必须重点夸夸办理入住的JAG，态度也太好啦！我到店的时候赶时间，他全程笑脸相迎，动作麻利又细致，3分钟就办完了所有手续，还主动给我升级了房间，贴心提醒早餐时间，连附近地铁口、万象天地的路线都讲得明明白白，瞬间驱散了旅途疲惫。
酒店位置真的绝，步行10分钟不到就到地铁站，去科技园办事超方便。房间乾净得没话説，床品柔软亲肤，晚上睡得特别香，浴室热水足、水压稳，洗漱很舒服。智能设施也很加分，语音就能控制灯光窗帘，还有24小时自助洗衣房和健身房，出差党刚需全满足。
早餐种类超丰富，中西式都有，赶时间还能打包随行包。全程体验下来，不管是服务、衞生还是设施都没话説，尤其Jag 的贴心服务让人印象深刻，下次来深圳肯定还选这家！

刚落地渖阳，得知东西落在了酒店，由于去酒店之前jag经理就联系了我，问了我的要求，知道亲子出行特地安排了小朋友的牙刷??物品，这次东西落了又是第一时间联系了我快递给我发回渖阳，真的非常感谢，酒店环境好服务好早餐丰富，值得选择

还不错的入住体验 商家会仔细看预订的备注 提前在房间放好需要的乳胶枕头。早餐的选择还不少 可以拼出一盘喜欢的健康早餐。亮点是偶然在餐厅门口发现了可以用的电脑和打印机 顺手打印了路上需要看的资料。前台服务很好，给了延迟退房还送了小狮子挂件和冰箱贴。欢朋的洗漱用品还是彼得罗夫没有换，性价比是合适的。离万象城和万象天地都不远。

22年的酒店，设施很新但是不用担心甲醛问题了。酒店大门和前台很简约味道清香，推门进去房间很大，住起来很舒服。全屋智能，非常方便。位置特别方便，离地铁站步行几分钟就能到，不管是逛街还是出行都很省心，办理入住速度超快。前台Fifi服务很好，优质高效，房间乾净整洁，床品柔软舒服，一晚睡得特别香。五星好评，下次去深圳还要住在这里！
