不愧是希尔顿旗下的酒店，设施完善、环境卫生，工作人员热情礼貌，特别是前台的kevin和Rita，每次打招呼都露出发自内心的微笑，可以看出真心喜欢自己的酒店和工作！下次去坪山还会选择希尔顿欢朋！

性价比挺高的，服务人员都很热情，服务可以的。办理入住退房都很快，入住时收到了新年祝福和福袋。发票入住提供了信息，退房直接给到发票，感觉很有效率。
