  员工态度很好，20分钟内步行到海岸城还算方便，下面是大马路，call 车也方便，房间冷气足，电制有写明是什么用途，不过电视明明关了仍会自动开机有点吓人，浴缸在房间走道边，使用时反而要注意水位，流了出去会堆积在地板流不到去地板的去水窿，另外百叶帘未免太残

  第二次入住，体验没上一次好 预定了高级一点，带浴缸的房间，但一进去就有排水口的臭味，渠味…. 还好反映后换了个房，但是换的是小了一点的房型… 到晚上洗澡是发觉位是半塞的，洗不到5分钟，水就流出去走廊的位置……实在是不太好体验

  整体体验 感觉这家酒店完全没有什么客房管理可讲 里面的衞生、设备、硬装完全没有任何维护或检查的痕迹 包括像一次性拖鞋摆放的位置 都是藏在抽屉里 是生怕客人找到用一样 除了早餐供应还不错 其他真的一塌糊涂

  房间挺好的，和同行同事分别选了两家酒店，听説对方住的隔音很差，晚上吵得睡不着，而我住这个一晚上安安安静静的，文轩服务不错，开发票也方便，好评吧！

  The room is small because I chose the small option, but the wall condition is very bad. There is a lot of noise coming from other rooms (or somewhere), and I couldn’t sleep — it made me really frustrated. The reception service is good and the staff are helpful. However, smoking is not allowed (as with most hotels in China). The bed was itchy and not clean. Overall, the room structure is quite poor and uncomfortable.
