服务很好！但房间是我出行以来入住感最差的体验，房子旧我可以接受，当天换地毯很吵我也可以接受！但主要卫生状况太差了，房间很脏的又太臭了、臭哄哄的无法忍受！感觉房东在卫生这块注意下能做的更好的！下次不会再来了

离火车站非常近！步行约几分钟到，附近交通非常方便。房间设施实用，面积大。值得一提的是老板娘服务态度很好👍

和孩子出门旅行来到了深圳转车，这家酒店是离深圳火车站最近的位置过了通道就直接进候车大厅，这家酒店没有自己的门头前台在王子酒店里面30层，服务态度很好计划和孩子一起住的订的标间结果就我一人了同意给换成大床房，看了评论有不太好的差评有点担心问了下前台人说他家有翻新全新的，大床房是翻新的最后还是决定住大床房，过道里房里有股挥发不掉的霉味，老楼房就是这样吧，为了坐车方便地理位置不错只有忽略不计，虽然是25层可是窗户有条缝隙关不严，寂静的时候外面还是有点嘈杂，房间隔音不好走廊外面进进出出的关门开门声音很大，房间宽敞整齐该有的都有了，到罗湖火车站坐车的他家是最方便的

前台在30层，老板很热情的接待了我并且将我的大床房升级成了双人床，还带我到房间。房间的wifi信号很好，热水也很棒。但是房间钥匙上的房号和房间门上的房号不一样，因此我点外卖的时候写错了房号，辛苦外卖小哥了仍然找到我了。 总之是一次不错的体验
