服务只给了1颗星星，大家想知道为什么吗？我是刚来这家酒店的，地理位置不熟，打电话给客服。B出口没有说清听成D出口。于是我跑了D出口，跟我说直走俩个红绿灯路口就到了。事实并不是。位置有些难找。打电话问就老是叫我们问路人。处理方式就是只能叫我们问路人？？？路人要是知道我会找不到？？房间还好，挺安静。客服服务不是很好。性价比还可以。
