本来先预订了一个单间，然后预订了两个标双，都付款了，结果过阵子短信通知把单间给取消，然后涨价了！不得已只能重新按新价格又定一间。要不是担保，就都退订！ 不管是酒店问题还是艺龙问题，付款后退单然后涨价，这算不算欺诈？ 另外吐槽下酒店设施陈旧，那个浴室是给半个人准备的？
