一共三个家庭book了三间房间，其中一间房间到了半夜两点停了电，房间内没有空调和任何电力，去了服务台询问客户服务员，
声称要待明天早上才有工作人员维修，结果在房间过了一个焗促的晚上，到了早上职员安排换上房间，初时竟然换上一间downgrade的房间，面积比之前预订的还小，几经波折，才能换上一间原本大小的房间，但过程中花费了不少心神和时间。
