公寓在高档社区内，保卫非常好，楼下有超市，旁边有小吃一条街，地铁口就在楼下，出行非常方便，在阳台和露台能看到世界之窗，深圳湾海平面，以及海对面的香港。晚上可以在阳台看到世界之窗和1民俗村燃放烟花，非常美丽。是居家旅游的好地方。超值，强力推荐。

在小区里，环境很好。在地铁出口很方便。楼下有超市和百货，旁边是沙河步行街。有两个房间，大的那间视野很好，热水很足。
